J - SEASONAL DATES AND TIMES OF SERVICE

Club facilities officially open on May 1** and close October 15** Staffed hours of operation are as follows:

MAY 1:   CLUB OPENS**
PRIOR TO MEMORIAL DAY: EVERY DAY - 9 AM TO 5 PM

MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY:
MONDAY - THURSDAY -- 8 AM TO 6 PM
FRIDAY & SATURDAY - 8 AM TO 7 PM
SUNDAY - 8 AM TO 8PM

AFTER LABOR DAY:   EVERY DAY - 9 AM TO 5 PM

OCTOBER 15:   CLUB CLOSES**

** It has been our practice to grant club members limited non-commercial use of the permanent private and common holding docks before and beyond the normal Seasonal Operational Dates provided that conditions in the cove (water level, ice, bubbler operation, etc.) would not compromise or endanger the facilities.

Safety is always our main concern. Depending on weather, we plan to take requests for Spring launches. We need to see if we can meet any/all requests. If requests are granted, the member has to accept all liability for damages and remember we are not in “full service” mode until May 1st. Your boat may be put in and not removed for days or a week. There will be no trash removal.

Only limited services may be available during week days prior to May 1 and after October 15 and at least five (5) days advance notice for service must be given to the Manager by calling 603 253 4592. Service is not guaranteed until the Manager confirms a request and Members will be served on a first call first served basis.

The Commodore and Manager have the authority to approve (and rescind!) pre and post seasonal use. Users assume all responsibility and liability in the event of damage to Club property. All use of the Club facilities - parking, dumpsters etc. and all use of docks shall cease no later than November 15. All entrances including the ramp will be chained.
