SELLER/BUYER FORM
HLYC requires that a seller and buyer complete and submit the two forms below to the HLYC secretary (PO Box 1115, Center Harbor, NH 03226-1115) along with a check for $25. According to HLYC by-laws, HLYC has the right to purchase back any unit at the offered price. If HLYC decides not to purchase the unit, HLYC will issue a notarized "Waiver of ROFR" that needs to be recorded by the settlement attorney along with recording the new deed.
Upon completion of the sale, the settlement attorney must send a copy of the newly recorded deed and Waiver of ROFR to the HLYC secretary so that HLYC records may be properly updated.
